During the process of making the selections for your new home, you will have the opportunity to make several color and design choices. This is a great time to express your creativity and add your personal touch to your new home.
In most cases before construction begins you will meet with the superintendent for a pre-construction meeting. The superintendent will explain the building process and answer any questions you may have about the construction of your new home. This meeting is very informative and most of our purchasers really enjoy this opportunity to speak one on one with the person whom will be over seeing the construction of the new home. The superintendent is on the job site nearly every day overseeing every aspect of the construction of your new home. Soon your new home will be under construction and before the drywall is started you will have an opportunity to meet with the superintendent again for are pre-drywall walk thru. The purpose of this walk thru is to give you the opportunity to verify phone and cable locations as well as have any additional construction questions answered.
Before settlement you will meet with the customer service manager for your new home orientation. The home orientation is a wonderful opportunity for you to learn all about your new home. The customer service manager and his staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. They are here to make sure you are comfortable and completely satisfied with your new home.
